This study investigates the effect of change management and digital transformational leadership on organizational resilience within Saudi Arabia’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector. In an era of constant technological advancement and organizational transformation, understanding how leadership and structured change processes influence resilience is vital for sustaining competitiveness and adaptability. A quantitative research design was employed using a structured questionnaire distributed among 364 employees and managers in ICT organizations. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess the measurement and structural models. The results revealed that both change management and digital transformational leadership have significant positive effects on organizational resilience, with change management exhibiting a slightly stronger influence. These findings highlight that effective management of change processes, coupled with visionary and technology-oriented leadership, enhances an organization’s capacity to adapt, recover, and maintain performance amid digital disruption. The study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on digital transformation and organizational sustainability, offering practical implications for leaders and policymakers aiming to strengthen resilience and align organizational practices with Saudi Vision 2030.
